Gorgeous home in quaint community!

This peaceful area was delightful, and a small shop across the road had some groceries and wine/spirits too. The home was new, beautifully decorated and we loved spending our evenings there. It had everything we needed. We were surprised by some of the historic sites that were very close by too. Only a 15 minute drive from Inverness, but well worth it. Thank you Ali.

Thank you Pat, for your lovely review, yes we are close to several Historical sites such a Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns, Cawdor Castle, Brodie Castle as well as several Links Golf courses and endless beaches and woodland walks, there is truly something for everyone here. Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayClean and welcoming - tea cakes were a nice touch. However, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable and thin. Bathing towels were scratchy and thin. Interior doors are heavy and self closing which made it difficult and awkward to move around.

Thank you for your review Jen, sorry to hear you didn't find the beds comfortable, you seem to be in the minority of guests that find them lacking but each guest has there own comfort levels. There are, however, more pillows in the bedroom cupboard should a guest need more for comfort. The bath towels during your stay may have seemed more harsh given they had been air dried outside on our washing line, we try to do our bit for the environment when we can and I think it was Summer that week. Unfortunately, building standards and Fire regulations dictate the style of doors that are used in new buildings in Scotland and the UK in general, hance the safety doors, to help keep the guests safe should a fire break out. We also have linked Fire alarms in our apartment as well as a separate Fire system for the building. The doors, however, can all be held open by the door wedges, supplied on the floor, by each door, including the bathroom door if required. It is good to hear that you enjoyed the Tea cakes though. Clean, attractive spot to stay

Fabulous flat in lovely surroundings
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwayNo.7 is a beautiful ground floor flat in a new and upcoming town. Very well presented and clean. There was everything we needed in the flat and had a great stay. Brilliantly located for the local attractions and we were pleasantly surprised that there was no noise from the airport.
Would highly recommend and stay again if we’re in the area again. Ali (the host) was brilliant throughout and answered all my queries so quickly. Thanks Ali

Exceptional stay!
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a super clean, comfortable, fresh, modern flat in an attractive, newly developed community near the Inverness airport. For our travel purposes, Culloden, the Clava Cairns, and Inverness were all close by for easy touring. The Loch Ness area was easily reached as well. Tesco and other services located 10 minutes away, easy roads. Gracious, responsive host! Fabulous stay!

Thanks Holly for your wonderful review of the flat. It seems that it ticked all the boxes for you and you had a great stay. The closeness to the Airport is a real bonus for us and we do get a lot of guests arriving late or leaving very early for flights. Only a minute drive or 25 minute walk if you feel fit. Suoerb flat in Tornagrain

The hosts were excellent at keeping in touch and sending detailed instructions on all aspects of the stay.
I would highly recommend this property to even the fussiest of guests.

Lovely apartment

The owners were great about giving us restaurant recommendations. I Highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely stay here again!
