There's a restaurant on site. Free breakfast is served daily. Public spaces have free WiFi. Its Kale Boutique Hotel also features tour/ticket assistance, a garden, and a front-desk safe.
There is nothing like it in Ioannina. Itâs a fabulous boutique hotel that is located in the best part of the city. If you appreciate major luxury hotels or âcoolâ boutique hotels then definitely stay here. The staff is wonderful and very caring â my wife needed extra conditioner one morning and the owner offered her own, even driving to her nearby home to retrieve it.
The hotel was amazing! The staff were very helpful. A great additional touch was that bikes were available for us to use free of charge to explore the local area.
Close to the sights and restaurants, and the service was excellent. Loved the attention to detail in the contemporary interior design, yet still keeping elements of antiquity. Especially loved the glass floor above the ruins in the breakfast room.
Beautiful hotel with excellent service. I was never welcome to an hotel with a drink of my choice (tea in my case) and a dessert.
The hostess walked us to our room (instead of giving us the key with directions) and offer the help us with our lagages.
The young woman who is the hotel hostess (I believe her name is Yuli) is an asset to this property. She is pleasant and helpful in every way. She offered us sweets and coffee upon our check-in and presided (along with the other staff woman) over breakfast which was more than adequate - especially since they will custom-prepare eggs any way you like them. The keypad/card entry system seems quite secure and the rooms are attractive and kept in good repair. It is close to many attractions and we would certainly consider staying at this property again whenever we are in the Ioannina area. This is an excellent example of the Greek hospitality industry at its best.
This is such a cute hotel, its inside the castle walls and rooms and lobby are very nicely styled. Great location, walkable to all the sites. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast. They have a couple bikes you can check out for free and we took them out for an hour or so to cruise around the lake path. Ioanninia was an unexpected delight on our two week trip. The city really comes alive at night, busy cafe/bar scene and feels like a lively local city (not crowded with tourists and tour buses like so many others).
Nuovo, moderno , elegante e centrale in area pedonale ma con possibilitĂ di parcheggiare proprio davanti all'Hotel grazie ad un permesso che viene dato al momento dell'arrivo.
Eccellente abbondante colazione tutta preparata home made con favolose torte...e altro...
io purtroppo non le ho mangiate in quanto sono intollerante al glutine ma avendo segnalato l'intolleranza all'arrivo ed anche via mail e mi hanno portato un buonissimo panetto da farcire con marmellate ed altro.....
andateci merita assolutamente !
This hotel is a real gem! Located in the historic area of Ioannina, it provides modern facilities with tasteful with design. The breakfast was served with more delicious choices than seen in most large hotels. We were greeted with a smile and friendly assistance. Highly recommend this hotel.
This is a family business, more like a B&B than a real hotel. That is reflected by the warm welcome and personal attention that every guest receives from this wonderful hardworking family. It is a new house built on the foundations of a historic dwelling -- the ground floor breakfast room has a glass floor through which you can see the old well. Our room was not large, but very clean and tastefully decorated. There was no balcony and no great views from its window, but the hotel has an exquisite front deck where you can sip your morning coffee or your evening wine surrounded by dozens of fragrant flowers. The hotel is located within the walls so, if you come by car, you should drive in through one of the old city gates disregarding all the signs that tell you not to. You'll easily find free parking on the street or along the historic wall. The entrance to the old fortress is only steps away and the tourist area with restaurants is within a 10 minutes' walk. Breakfast is fabulous, with lots of Greek pastry freshly baked by the ladies of the house. We spent 2 nights in Ioannina and we could not have chosen a better hotel.
I had a one night stay at It's Kale. The receptionists were so lovely and helpful, the bed was divine, and the room had ample space to move around and be comfy.
