Just one not good experience.tripto Ghourghushti cost a lot of money 180.00 Australian dollars.28.000 plus rupees.apart from that everything was fantastic beautiful staff great 👍 service.and beautiful hotel 🏨 I have great 👍 respect for ALL the staff and workers.

Need better mannered reception staff

I recently stayed at pearl continental Rawalpindi Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was convenient, and the housekeeping staff were friendly. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. However they did miss the complimentary fruit and daily water I would recommend the pearl continental Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. *Pros: * Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good location. Unfortunately the reception staff that are unexperienced children that have no manners or understanding of valuable guests ruined my experience at the end of my stay.

These are number of things that cause inconvenience 1- when I was arrive on 11 May ,My check in time was 2 pm .we arrived around at 10 but for four hours they charge me extra half day payment beside my original booking . First they charge 19000 RS then told me 27000 .kind of confused me at the front . 2- the door key card won’t work . Two times I stayed out side room .key card won’t work .Finally they let me in through master key.which not quite safe when you travel overseas..it took two hours to repair everything. 3.Room wasn’t ready with amenities .which cause many inconvenience.like iron and iron board 4.food was awful and overpriced Room service and phone to front is so confusing . So finally I have moved to another place so I can Have my hassle free vacation .

Old property but well maintained. Excellent staff and service. Several dinning options in house, if you are tired of the traffic. Convenient location in the hear of the city.
