I made a reservation from 23 june to 1 july with free cancellation before 22 june at 16h local time ,i cancelled my reservation by phone and by e mail before 22 june to the hotel and expedia but they took my money from my credit card ,what do you think about this gesture ?

lavabo ne fonctionne pas (tirette pour boucher le lavabo complètement coincée).
renouvellement des flacons de douche et cheveux insuffisamment changé, car nous étions 3 (avec notre fille) annoncée d'emblée quand nous avions réservé.
Pas de 3ème verre pour la 3ème personne ....
