Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The food was good with a delicious breakfast. The place was a little tiered and our shower panel was missing

Great pub // b&b

Our stay in this 14th century inn was a nice break. The food was good, evening meal and breakfast , great beers and a clean and tidy room. The hosts were excellent very friendly and helpful. If I came to Modbury again I would look stay here again

Can't fault this lovely place. Warm, traditional, cosy, clean, comfortable, great evening meal, excellent beer, really good breakfast and lovely, friendly hosts.
