Convenient & clean hotel.
Publié le 5 févr. 2017 sur HotelsWe had a good stay at this hotel. Staff were courteous & help full. Food was good for us.Comfortable rooms with TV. Rooms cuts of the outside noise, even though it is situated on the main road, near Railway station. They have a security guard who is an artist with special skills for stencil cutting on X-ray film. should be encouraged by hotel guests.

Great hotel near train station
Publié le 9 déc. 2016 sur HotelsIt was an incredibly great experience. The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to do everything they could for us. They offered free train station pick up. They booked a great taxi for us to leave early in the morning. Since we had to leave before breakfast, the hotel sent our breakfast to the room at the exact time that we had requested it, and it was delicious. The check-in and out was super easy and quick, and the rooms were nice and clean. I couldn't have been happier with my experience!

Hotel Close to the Railway Station

The staff was very courteous and respond to any questions.
Transport arrangements made by them was great.
I could hire a car for going to Amarkantak and return the same day evening.
Very helpful drivers. I really enjoyed my stay over there.

Worst hotel ever
Publié le 8 nov. 2015 sur HotelsOverall, it was terrbile. We had ordered a taxi for the AirPort and it did'nt show up. We had to call for it and then wait for 50 minutes. We wanted a discount for the ride but they refused to understand what the problem was. Only one person did understand english and she was rude and had no service mind at all. The superior suite looked EXACTLY the same as the other rooms. The shower was all clogged up and did'nt pour nearly enough water. We got dirty textiles, towels and sheets. Wi-fi did'nt work in the room though they claimed it would. The only thing we are pleased with is the elderly man bringing the roomservice.
