The house was very spacious(we had 7 in our party) and conveniently located to attractions, but lacked in some areas. The outside sitting area was nice and much enjoyed. The kitchen was functional, but lacked a few utensils (spatulas). There is no main floor bedroom which makes it difficult for someone who has trouble with stairs (he slept on the couch) Maybe think about turning that little back room into a bedroom with a small tv). Two of the bathrooms were very small and hard to navigate for guys that are over 6 feet tall. Also, there are no toiletries provided (shampoo, body wash, etc)so be sure to bring your own. Overall, it was sufficient for our 3 night stay. *Be aware that the road to the house is very rough!*

Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was so charming and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfy, neighborhood was very nice. Multiple living areas meant the teens had their own hangout spaces. Truthfully, we hated to leave this house when it was time!

Golf trip
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was pretty nice in a nice little quiet subdivision. Everything worked just find was a great place to spend the night and comfortably fit 8 adults there. Plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, etc… we will probably come back next year for another trip.

Nice place in Jackson
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay in Jackson. The house is on a quiet street. A few things to be aware of. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 bathrooms. The masterbath is a full bathroom, but in our opinion, the shower in the masterbath isn't usable as a shower, only a bath. The hall bathroom is a half-bath. Downstairs on the main floor is the only usable shower. Just something to know when booking this property.

It was good enough
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThere were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. There weren't any written instructions about the house. The cooking utensils and pots and pans were limited. The house was big enough to visit in several rooms. There were supposed to be five bedrooms, but one of the bedrooms only had a sofa sleeper couch with a note that read that the sofa can't be used as a sofa sleeper. There weren't any bed pillows or blankets in that room. It would have been nice to have overhead lighting in the living rooms.

Sorry to hear about the dishes. It’s a large house, and I know our staff takes pride in cleaning it. I would assume this was human error and an overbite by them. For this, I do apologize. This is the first time anyone has mentioned the cookware. I will personally run over to the house when the current guest leaves and look over the cooking utensils and make sure we have an adequate stock. We also have a laminated instruction sheet that is on the table. I was just at the house two days ago looking it over to make sure it was in perfect shape for the next guest. So I’m unsure how this was overlooked. To address the sleeper sofa. This was damaged by the previous guest and was deemed unrepairable. I don't think this information made it from maintenance to the office staff in time to inform you. We have contacted all parties with more than eight guests and informed them of this change. We have also updated the website. I did notice you messaged us while you were there and never mentioned this as an issue. We would have made every effort to correct this had you done so. The guest that came shortly after you had six adults and four children and wanted to keep their reservation. We offered cots as a solution, and this worked for them. We strive to give our guests the best experience possible.
