Staff was very efficient, I didn’t have a blanket, pillows, or soap. Room was clean I would stay there again.

I don’t blame this on the property although I think it’s strange, I blame Expedia. For allowing me to make a reservation at a hotel saying I was going to check in at midnight and when I arrive I find that the motel lobby closes at 11. No Night window you need to check in before 11. So Expedia allowed me to make the reservation and show up at this hotel. No one‘s there. It’s 1 AM at this point I’m exhausted and I just go book another room across the street. Get in touch with Expedia and they tell me that it’s going to be up to the owner on whether or not I get a refund. For a reservation booked through Expedia for a time I specified and they said was fine. Now they’re blaming me for not reading the small print on the website. It is very odd to close a lobby. Not anybody out there can say that they look for that when booking a hotel room through a third-party Platform you find the room you want and you make the reservation

Don’t go there

Had reservation, as did others. The front desk closed at 11 PM. We arrived around midnight, after the hurricane, and could get checked in to a room. Absolutely the worst customer service.

The property over booked. Once arrived they said they would cancel our reservation so we didn’t get charged. Still hasn’t fixed the issue the next day and won’t answer the phone.
