Disappointing
Posted May 15, 2018 on HotelsUnique attractive historic building full of character. Unfortunately our room was oppressively hot and the air conditioning could not be switched on as the hotel considered the temperature outside to be too cold and they were using the central heating so we cold not have air conditioning! The hotel could not supply a fan and their suggested solution was simply to open the windows. We were only staying one night on a stop-over en route to Portugal and we did not use the restaurant facilities - the menu seemed expensive but may well have been good value for money

We are sorry that the stay has not been as good at your expectations.
Really May was a very unstable month with atypical temperatures for the season.
At this Parador, only exists the same conduit for air conditioning and heating, not being possible the change inmediatly.
We apologyze for your discomfort.

Overpriced
Posted May 1, 2018 on ExpediaNoisy, Room very small, light in room broken, views from room was the parking car and dinning room unavailable as there was a wedding happening in the main square at the entrance.
In my opinion doesn’t deserve the money.
