very bad management

The hotel management is very bad. We asked to coordinate a bride’s room. We did not find any interest, but the room was not ready. Entry 3. The bride waited for two hours in the lobby until they offered an apology or any courtesy service. الادارة والاستقبال وتنظيم الحجز سئ جدا

Very disappointed in this hotel, my main issue was them having a gym that closes at 9pm , just simply ridiculous!! Most people train at night !! Lounge was dirty Location not ideal

To be honest there was a construction that day and they chose to do it in the evening!? I was not aware there are two towers, and I reserved the city one which is the one that has a bad sea view.
