Good room with comfortable beds. good value for the money. only bad.......no milk for my cereal in the morning!!!

It was a pretty good hotel. The only thing i didn't like was they didn't have much of a breakfast selection and their pancake maker was out of order. The beds were kinda hard also, not very comfortable.

The location of this property is very good. No towels in the pool area. Limited front desk availability just a note which is not helpful almost 24/7. Luckily when we checked in we had a service rep. Room was very convenient for us. Needed additional towels, no one to ask. If location wasn’t so good the security would have been very questionable.

Stay was terrible, we didn’t sleep at all and we swapped hotels because of poor conditions. The gentleman that checked us in was nice, but when we got to our room upstairs the lights flickered, the room looked unfinished, musty/moldy odor, stains on the sheets and blankets and just overall not very sanitary. Wish we could get a refund for our 2 nights we payed for but only stayed 1 night.

The woman at the front desk as incredibly rude from the moment I arrived. Stayed for a week and we immediately upon arrival had had a musty / moldy smell in our room. I called to asked if we could switch rooms if any were available after a few days of trying to air it out. Didn’t hear back, came back to the hotel after work to address the situation and she was brutally rude. We work outside so we have some sweaty, dirty clothes, and she said it wasn’t musty it smelled like BO and it was trashed. Both statements are untrue, as our suitcases were on the floor with nowhere else to put them. I explained to her the difference of BO and Musty / mold smell but she didn’t see the underlying health issue. We did not get our room switched, and had to sleep with the window and the blinds open for fresh ventilation. Other hotel staff was respectful, appreciated their help in the matter. Unfortunately, will not be returning.

PROs: The staff was very nice and helpful. The outside building is maintained but the parking stalls need to be repainted. The room was maintained during our stay and cared for. CONs: The room we stayed in smelled musty. This is a simple fix, as the AC unit probably needs to be coil cleaned to freshen the intake. Door to bathroom needed to be adjusted, it wouldn't latch.

Go somewhere else

Tried to check in hour after check in time and was asked to wait another hour. Basically they didnt have my room that i reserved. Tried to pawn off a different type room to me. When i said no, then offered me same size bed room, but with hot tub, but said hor tub didn't work, but they were lying, just didnt want me to use so they didnt have to clean. Rooms smelled, breakfast very poor, never replenished anything, very cheap people, would never recommend to anyone, price high for poor quality
