This was a pleasant stay it was close to my BF job so it was easy for him to go to work.. It was close to food and shopping.

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsThis feels like a fake Hampton Inn. The room was run down and had bugs in it. Huge bugs. Crickets that chirped all night! The air conditioner was old and very loud and the mattress was a disaster. Nobody checked the coffee in the morning (the carafes were empty), but when notified, the front desk guy offered to make more but I didn’t have time to wait. I can’t understand why this place has decent ratings because that certainly wasn’t my experience. Doors were slamming all night long and it’s just noisy. Maybe my first clue should have been the 2 Sheriff cars pulling out of the parking lot when we arrived at 11:00 pm. My recommendation is to stay elsewhere. This is just an expensive dive hotel.

This was the singularly most unsatisfactory Hotel experience I've ever had. We made the reservation in April When we showed up in July we were told that we could not pay in cash and that they didn't have the room available that we had reserved. The climate control system was either full blast AC or heat, with nothing in between. No maintenance person after 3:00 p.m. As we were given only one bed instead of two we asked them to make up the fold-out couch and they were unwilling to do so. In the early a.m. we asked for the climate control to be addressed and were told that it would be. When we returned in the we were very surprised to discover that it had not been addressed and the room had not been touched in any way. The person on in the evening blamed the people from the morning and also told us that the rooms only got done every second day. As far as we could see there was no signage or notification of this. The manager was ABSOLUTELY UNAPOLOGETIC about any of this and said she was still unable to give us another room, although they had given some two queen bed rooms to other customers during the day!! We also had another friend that had a non refundable reservation there that ended up being able to get in at the Roberts Centre. So we asked if we could have that room with because we had her permission and we're told that it was unavailable. What if they had decided to use it for one of the 3 nights they had paid for?!

Breakfast was terrible. No coffee at first, then tasted like it had been run through the grounds a second time (not drinkable). Pool was perfect temp and clean.
