Surrounded by farms where we enjoyed quiet and relax time. Animals are all friendly. We also had a great time with the owner for chatting after we are back from long bike ride.

This is a nice farm house. Unfortunately when our flights were delayed the owner stated they could not give us a refund for the two nights we would miss due to the place being fully booked. When we arrived we were the only room there in a place with 22 rooms and the following night one other group arrive for a total of 2 rooms out of 22 being used. I wish they had been more honest and just said they did not want to give us a refund instead of lieing . There being no one there was actually the best part because of the place had been fully booked it would have been horrible as there is a limited common area and the bathrooms and kitchen would have been inadequate for that many people. All in all I would recommend this place if you want to take the risk not many people will be there.

A bad manage!
Publié le 18 août 2019 sur HotelsThis hotel was an unpleasant place to stay. when we arrive there at 3 am from airport, found a note with a room key. We fell asleep not taking shower though, the next morning she(the manager) inhibited my husband from taking shower due to late morning already. However the check out was 10 am through. The worst thing happened next, she blamed me for not checking in and then ordered me to check in rudely.

My staff in Gufo is not good at English and chinese.
Therefore we could not use your polite language.
Please understand that we did not intentionally use words that were not polite.
We are stadying English for making good communication with our guest.
Please give us more time for improving our language skill.
But our check in time is between 4 P.M and 8 P.M.
We shows this check in time on booking site.
Your arrival time was 3 A.M. without any contact to us.
It is midnight in Japan.
All guest in my guest house and house manager was in bed.
If you had come here on the check in time which shows on booking site,we could have checked in face to face and could have confirmed our house rule each other including available time of shower room.
And if you contacted us in advance, I think we were able to tell about various rules of guest house.
I think it is important to contact hotel staff when your arrival is delayed.
Again,thank you for staying with us this time.

Emplacement : farm , lavender field
Very relaxing place as it is far from the busy city life.
need to rent a vehicle if you plan on travelling around Furano and Biei area.
