The staff at this hotel are wonderful! The area around the hotel is chaotic, but once you're at the hotel, it's a different world! Very clean, quiet, safe, upscale, modern, and beautiful. We were treated with the utmost kindness. The room was beautiful and they were kind enough to pack us a delicious breakfast since we had an early flight and couldn't eat breakfast there. We had a wonderful dinner upstairs at Chow Bella...the service and the food were exceptional! We were celebrating our anniversary, and they brought us chocolates and a beautiful cake, and decorated our room. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Kathmandu. We stayed here twice and loved it.

Oteldeki hizmet mükemmel. Çalışanlar cok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Özellikle Sangrol ilk günden itibaren bizimle çok ilgilendi ona çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Oteli çok güzel hatırlayacağız ve tekrar buraya geleceğiz.

Service not good
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HotelsHotel was outside city centre area. Food was very bad and restaurant staffs are very slow. Amenities are not also good. It is not 5 star. Wastage of money. Can get better hotel on same price .
