A beautiful and relaxing home
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our time at this home! It is a well maintained home and property and suited our family of four perfectly! Between the pool over looking the turtle filled ocean and the hot tub my girl’s throughly enjoyed their time while my husband and I could relax to the quiet in the waves from the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view
Publié le 3 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home has a million dollar view with the pool oceanfront. You can see the neighboring homes but it’s not a noisy neighborhood at all. The home has most all the necessities you’d need for your stay. Beds were comfortable and showers were very good. There is the extra guest house where my 15 and 9 year old stayed and they thought it was great to get their own space. It’s quite a way from Hilo but the view and neighborhood is worth it.

We'll Be Back
Publié le 22 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is our second stay, but certainly not our last. We have some very specific "wants" for our Hawaiian holiday. Single story, private pool, oceanfront, doesn't cost us an arm and a leg...and Hilo Shangri La provides all of this. It is a funky, Hawaiian beach house and we love it. Due to airline schedule changes we had to make numerous changes to our reservation and every interaction was positive and fun.

Publié le 27 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOur stay at Hilo Shangrila was everything we were hoping for and then some. The view out back is one that never gets old, and it left us awe-struck every day. Communication was thorough and timely. The home itself was extremely clean and as listed. The pool and hot tub combination was also great and both extremely clean. If you're looking for a peaceful slice of paradise, you won't be disappointed. While I'm not sure if our travels will bring us back to Hilo, I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else after our experience here - we're still talking about it even after returning home! Many thanks for making this available for our family to enjoy as a very memorable experience.
