Dear Abel. Thank you for your review. I was on holiday so could only see online. Kindly please let me know exactly what was not pleasing to you so that we can fix . I checked on cameras and all facilities was clean and open for you to use. It was a last minute online booking so before I could report to staff you arrived. You and your family were the only guests as we booked selective for Christmas .You arrived in the middle of a rain storm that we didnt expect My staff said they served as best they could and cleaner cleaned all day so I was at peace with new reception team there, who worked in hotels before , that you were sorted. So sorry! As I understand the power was out because of bad weather. We do apologise for any discomfort. Its not our standard and we will upgrade with all our guests suggestions as best as we can as we are already in the process to expand. Please accept my apology for any discomfort. If I knew I would have done my best to make it more acceptable for you . We can gaurantee you we are in process of upgrading .
