As part of our check-in procedure, we inform all guests that a charge of 500 THB applies for a missing key card. Nice and new facility , but not enough service for the 4 star kind of hotel
Evetyhing is super expensive compare to the island , but you dont get a better service
Room are small except the bathroom

La piscine proposant une vue sur l’océan, sur la jungle et sur les montagnes est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Le personnel est très gentil.
L’happy hour entre 17h et 19h avec deux cocktails pour le prix d’un est un gros plus.

Un massage de 15-20min est offert et il y a une navette gratuite pour vous amener au Pier.

Beautiful hotel with incredible views and amazing infinitypool. The staff is very attentive and kind!
The hotel provides everything your need, they offer a free pickup from the pier and it's possible to rent a scooter directly at the hotel. Very good located, so you can reach everything easy by scooter.

Stunning views, amazing food, lovely staff
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HotelsAmazing stay. We were picked up by the free shuttle service and received welcome drinks. The views are stunning! The room was immaculate. The pool & rooftop bar was amazing. Prices of food & drink are a bit expensive but the massaman curry was gorgeous. We paid £11 for breakfast for 2 and it was a 3 course meal! It really good value and loads of delicious food - should have been £9 each so I would recommend booking on hotels.com. The staff were so friendly too! I live on Samui so we will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends.
