The owner is beyond helpful and it is located in the cutest little town atop a hill adjacent to La Spezia. The bus system is efficient once you figure it out and of course the trains allow travel to anyplace.

Great House and host, slightly difficult location without a car.
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was great. Very clean, well lit, great views, good internet. Nice small village, but had a few permanently closed stores. The host was lovely and very communicative. Traveling by bus was difficult with road closures, rain, and long delays, but not impossible. Renting a car would have been a better option in this location. The towns and area around Pitelli are beautiful.

Grazie ragazze per la bella recensione, sono felice che Casa Monella sia stata per voi un angolo di autentica Italia e vi abbia coccolato durante la vostra vacanza! Il golfo dei poeti con i suoi caratteristici paesini le cinque terre, Portovenere, Lerici merita sicuramente il lungo viaggio che dal Canada vi ha portato in Liguria.
È stato veramente bello conoscervi!

Perfect Surprise

Zauberhaftes Bijou
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayDie Wohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Bergdörfchen und verfügt über drei schöne Schlafzimmer, alle mit eigenem Badezimmer. Es gibt zwei Küchen und ein schönes Wohnzimmer. Vom Balkon im obersten Stock hat man einen traumhaften Blick über das Dorf und das Meer. Lerici ist mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Dort gibt es super Strände und gute Restaurants. Der einzige Nachteil an der Wohnung ist, dass man ein Auto braucht aber kein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Man findet aber immer irgendwo im Dorf einen. Mara, die Gastgeberin, ist sehr symphatisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Our wonderful holiday

Fantastisk charmerende hus i autentisk italiensk by med skøn udsigt
Publié le 5 août 2018 sur HomeAwaySkøn velholdt og smukt indrettet hus i flere etager med dejlig tagterrasse med udsigt til hav og lille landsby. Ca. 3 km til strand - kan lade sig gøre at gå. Dog bedst at have bil til rådighed. Huset er placeret i lille stille, smuk landsby, hvilket gør det muligt at trække sig fra den voldsomme turisme omkring fx Cinque Terre. Muligt at gøre enkelte indkøb i landsbyen (lille købmand, slagter, bager).
Vi blev hjerteligt modtaget af husets ejer, som var utrolig hjælpsom med alt, hvad vi havde behov for, og vi nød meget vores uges ferie i huset, som rummer alt, hvad man har brug for. Dejligt, der var 3 soveværelser med selvstændigt badeværelse.
Vi kommer gerne tilbage.

Grazie Jeans per la splendida recensione che mi hai fatto... mi sono commossa.Sono felice quando i miei ospiti trascorrono delle vacanze piacevoli,ho arredato Casa Monella con l'intento di renderla accogliente e riposante per la vista , per l'atmosfera, per il luogo, che non per niente è chiamato il Golfo Dei Poeti ; per le sue bellezze era di ispirazione a pittori e poeti dell'ottocento:Portovenere,Lerici,Le Cinque Terre.Spero di potervi rivedere presto.Un abbraccio a tutti voi.Mara
