The Beds are the worse I have ever seen.
We could NOT sleep in either rooms.
This has to be addressed.

Booked the house for 3 days due to being hurricane victims for 2 seniors. Upon entering, the refrigerator was dirty and the bathroom walls appeared to have fecal matter on it. These were bought to the attention of the front desk, Daniela who said she was new and that a message was sent to the GM. She said there were no avail suites so they were stuck there. We also emailed the GM - Kimberly Ball and sent the pictures to show. Zero response. We called several times today (being a Monday), no one answers the phone lines. Totally unprofessional, appalling and unacceptable the way they treat hotel guests. We will take this further to ensure no other guests endures similar.

Needed to cancel the RSVP because of the hurricane. Called the hotel and Ms. Ward said she would cancel the RSVP. But I still don't see a credit.

Wouldnt stay here again
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe door to enter tge roon was disgusting, there were stains on the tub and bugs. There was a gap at the bottom of the entrance door. This is more like a motel, not hotel

Our key worked the first nite, then the 2nd and 3rd nite we had to have them reprogramed. The carpet in the room by the first bed was WET on our last day. Dirty carpet, bottom of feet wet. No handlebars in the shower for handicap people (me), and the tub bottom was slippery. Had to put a towel down to take a shower. Two remotes for the TV. one to turn on, the other to watch tv. We NOT be staying there again. I guess you get what you pay for, rental was cheap..........$76. a nite.
