Good size apartment for family of 6. A quick overnight stay but it wasn’t particularly clean. The carpet needs replacing urgently and a coat of paint wouldn’t go astray.

A Delightful Surprise
Publié le 11 avr. 2019 sur HotelsI was pleasantly surprised with my accomodation. It had a large living/kitchen area with a two seater lounge and an additional two seater sofa bed. The second room had a double and toilet and shower. There was a stove and microwave and crockery, cutlery and coking pots and implements. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was cleanm overall. The management were friendly and the area was quiet> There are no shops in the area but as it is self contained it can be prepared in the apartment. I had a very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Whilst the apartments are a little old, they are well maintained and are very reasonably priced. The pool was a particular highlight and my daughter loved it. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The place is also just down the road from an amazing beach.

We loved the pool & spa!
The location was great, so close to the beach!
Apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed.
It could really do with new carpets and old couch replaced. .... plus the heater smelt terrible when turned on.....

As you remain anonymous we would have loved the opportunity to talk to you further in pinpointing your room so we can upgrade some of these issues. Our aircon technician has now been and in the process of servicing each air conditioner after a busy summer period. We would love to see you back for any future holidays again with us.

The only thing my husband wanted more of was power outlets. Otherwise had NO complaints. Very friendly, helpful owner.

As you are anonymous we can't personally thank you but we are sure we loved your company too and only to happy to help.
The apartments are older built so power points are minimal. However we will make a note of this in any upgrade in the future.

Our room was disgusting. Filthy stains on the floors, smelly couches with rips & holes, mould in the shower, cobwebs, dirty/sandy carpet with rubbish under the beds.
We told the manager at the front desk about all of the above, she came and had a look at our room and offered to have the cleaners come and ‘give it the once over’.
They came alright but still left the cobwebs and dirt around the sink.
The manager also said she’d ask the owner if we could have a refund.....we’re still waiting to hear back from her on that one.....despite my second enquiry on the phone.
Easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed in....anywhere in the world.
All this for $235 a night!!

We apologize for the way you perceived the condition of your room, the room had been cleaned the morning of your arrival and we are aware of the issue with the one couch, and are in the process of having it replaced. As you can expect during high traffic times, some items may be overlooked, however we have implemented even stricter cleaning standards for our professional cleaners and strive to provide a comfortable, clean 3 1/2 star accommodation service. Our terms and conditions state that if cancellation occurs with 14 days of the booking dates then the deposit or entire fee for the duration of the stay is no refundable as we have held the accommodation for you and declined other bookings. In this instance, management were not notified of your early departure and as such unfortunately no refund can be offered.

The managers whole family made me feel welcome. I spent an extended stay and enjoyed every day. The pool, the spa everything was amazing. Fellow guests a pleasure too.
