Great place to stay in a nice area

Good for short stay

Good to stay in a short time.
But sound-proofing is poor, we can hear the door open , close , open ,close and the kinds yelling .

It’s located in a residential area within a short drive to city and airport.
The bath tub was not working at all. The heater in the living room and bedrooms are not avail except an extra blanket.
There’s no dressing table and the rest hv to depend on the only bathroom to dress and to bath.
6 pax sharing a single toilet and bathroom is far too inconvenient. We hv to share the garage with another check in at the adjoining room; feel like we are not alone in the house.
There’s a washing machine but no dryer.
A little overpriced for this average residential place.

Lovely new house with most mod cons, but not sure if this should be sold on a hotel site as this it's a house in suburbia amd not part of a complex. Also, prospective guests should be told there are other guest in the house (that access their room through a back entrance), that connect though a standard locked door in the hallway which is in no way sound proof.

The bathroom doors needs a locks as we were a group
Bathroom heat does not work and shower door floods floor needs door seal

Property did what we required for our stay. Would use again.

The place was clean and tidy when we arrived but could have had house number in the description.
Not suitable for cooking as only a microwave installed and the washing of cups,plates was in the sink in the bathroom.
