Lake Placid/Mirror Lake
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe truly enjoyed our stay. Having our own beach worked out well. Our family walked to Main Street every day to restaurants and souvenir shopping. Can’t wait to come back.

Definitely needs a little TLC, but very nice overall
Publié le 9 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was cold during our stay and being right on top of the water there was a very large temperature gradient from the floor to ceiling. We had an infant sleeping in a pack n play on the floor and so it was necessary to blow a fan and move the air. The temp at the floor on our baby monitor was reading 61 while the heat in the room was set to 77. So be aware if you have an infant.
Additionally the floor was bowing and popping up in many places. Likely due to extreme temperature swings or humidity. It looked recently renovated and potentially low quality but nice at first glance. Maybe they forgot to put 1/4 gaps around the floor to allow it to expand/contract?
Overall accomodations were excellent though. Spacious, convenient, beautiful spot.

Winter Wonderland
Publié le 20 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat space for everyone with a fantastic view.Walk in to a large open living and kitchen area . 2 wonderful outdoor spaces on each side of living room with table and chairs We were on the 1st level with large windows right on the lake looking at town lights at night across the way. All the beds were so comfortable. Can't wait to spend another season there Great place to make amazing memories

Girlfriend Leaf Peeping Getaway
Publié le 9 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property was perfect. Everything we needed was in the unit and the view was breathtaking. Being on the water we enjoyed watching the fish jump and ducks and birds passing by.
