Absolutely beautiful place to stay but bring your own coffee
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was beautiful and we loved spending time in the backyard especially. The hot tub was a treat and watching the tide go in and out under those big cedar trees was relaxing and lovely.
Word of warning, there is actually only beds for 5 people. My husband and I had to sleep feet to feet on a sectional couch that was not a pullout. It was comfortable enough but made me feel like I was in university again and there were no extra sheets.
The checkin document that we had to read was many many pages and some of the items in it were contradicted by another long document of rules physically in the property. So that was a bit intense but we did feel like we could get assistance if we needed it.
Also, we would advise to bring your own coffee.
Overall though, a great place to stay!

Beautiful location
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful location and house. Bright interior with large expanses of glass. Large well equipped kitchen. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and master bedroom was large and airy. Scenery is gorgeous, large trees, lots of verdant green, views of the bay.

Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a good time nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful sounds of all kinds of birds and other wildlife. 9nly issue's qe had was hot tub wasn't what i expected. Water was green and had a bad smell to it. Inside the home a few electric outlets weren't working in the. The living room sectional had a urine smell to it and visible stains. The bedroom with bunks.. mattr ess had stains on them as well."/

Excellent spot
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect for a family getaway and jump out point to state parks and other outdoor adventures. Also not terribly far from Seattle. House itself was nice, clean and neat. Property is beautiful and has a lot of privacy. The lagoon/bay below is a nice launch point for SUP/Kayaks. Overall great place to stay.

Perfect Nature Retreat for a Peaceful Weekend

We loved sitting outside, soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway.
Note: During the time we went, there was water outside of the property at some times of the day and not during others. The kayaks pictures were not on the property.

Recharge in Longbranch

Great house and wonderful location, with the tall trees, cool breeze and peaceful solitude this place is quiet, clean and relaxing. Bring a book, sit out on the deck and take a few moments to look up and watch the 100 ft tree tops sway in the wind. Bored? Take a short drive to nearby state parks. Want more? Roll into Gig Harbor for a great dinner or cross the Narrows bridge and go check out Point Defiance State Park in Tacoma. Had a great time in a wonderful house!!

Serenity Bay Retreat
Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall, the 4 days were peaceful, quiet and recharging to check-out of life's fast pace. Located in a private, end of road setting, overlooking a river that rises and falls w/ the tide. The hot tub was great and put to use x3/day. Comfy beds/pillows, one main bed and the downstairs is a bunk bed w/ the bottom bunk bigger than the top. Pro tip: bring your own groceries and coffee. There are a couple local grocers w/in 10-15 min drive.
