Clean and great location
Publié le 10 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is the second time I have stayed at this property. beds are comfortable, the whole house is spotless and the owner is a delight to work with! This time I rearranged my dates slightly to extend on both sides of my trip and Max was willing to accommodate.

Nice House and Neighborhood
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is located in a nice, quiet , neighborhood and is well located to access food and grocery needs. The mountains are visible and they’re beautiful.
Only downside is The house was only cleaned superficially and needed quite a bit more attention to detail. But then again some guests may overlook those details. Nevertheless, it was cozy and good for our stay .

Enjoyable Stay
Publié le 26 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is in a great location in Las Cruces. The overall impression is a clean, quiet place. Great accommodations with enough beds and bathrooms. At the time we were there, there weren't many wash cloths in the bathroom and there was some laundry in the dryer but that is the fault of the cleaning service. I feel that some small bits of maintenance should be done on the property. Some of the ceiling lights weren't working or we didn't know how to use them. There were no instructions for using the coffee maker which was a bit dirty. And the window blinds are needing some maintenance. All these little things make a property worthwhile recommending. Beds were fine and so were towels. A few other touches like boxes of tissues would be good too. But overall, we had a nice stay.

Excellent Las Cruces home - close to everything
Publié le 6 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay at Max's place. The house and neighborhood were very nice, and we were close to all the major highways, attractions and shopping. Communications with Max were excellent and timely, and we can't wait to come back for our next visit to Las Cruces.
