Well appointed, clean condo located close to town
Publié le 6 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed 3 days over Thanksgiving weekend, eating mostly in restaurants while exploring the many shops, the alpine coaster and hiking the Old Pipeline trail. There were ample linens for the bathrooms and the well equipped kitchen. The complex was quiet at night.

Perfect condo near Enchantments

Horrible landlord/property management
Publié le 21 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayI was initially happy to stay and it's a beautiful place but parking was horrible. The toilet got plugged from a normal amount of toilet paper. I searched everywhere and couldn't find one anywhere. The second bathroom was fine. However this is the part where it got unbelievabley horrible. The landlord lied and said she had plungers. (This is a lie because I looked everywhere.) Then she lied again and said both bathrooms were a mess. I wish I had taken pictures before I left them then manager wouldn't be able to lie. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. The property owner/manager is awful!

Unfortunately we were never contacted about any issues at the property.
No VRBO message or phone call from the guest during or after their stay saying there was a problem. The severely clogged toilets were discovered by our cleaners upon arrival to clean after guest checked out. Our cleaner sent us photos, not only were they plugged to the top but one had toilet paper on the floor as well. Had we been contacted we would have sent someone out to assist the guest within an hour. They were so severely plugged we had to have a plumber come out which in turn caused our cleaner to make another trip out the next day to clean. We do provide at least one plunger at all of our properties, if one was missing we would have gladly replaced it right away. As for the parking, we are not sure what “horrible” parking meant. The complex offers 1 covered carport spot per unit.

Publié le 24 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a very cozy and perfect place for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and we liked that we had a designated parking space. It is not too far from town, about 1 mile. You could definitely walk if you wanted to. The place was very clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen. I only have 2 very minor complaints - 1: the shower head could be replaced for a much better one. 2: could use a larger entry rug for drying off shoes. But again these are very minor and wouldn’t stop me from staying here again!
