It was the most affordable room for late notice and for the price . It all reflected the experience can’t really blame the app. It’s function for what you need but lacks in everything else . Ok out of date no service bedding dirty with stains asked to look in closet for more but since the agents have never seen the place are not my aware of what is available. Towels dirty and stained with makeup walls are paper thin and upstairs up all night and making noise could not rest with only an app to complain to really sketch stay would not stay ever again app doesn’t specify if there is a dog fee had to pay last minute an extra170 because I noticed the rental agreement stated no pets allowed unless noted

Not the best location or neighbors

I wasn’t expecting the property to be as it was… I didn’t stay at all, left promptly to go stay somewhere else. Not my type of place that I am looking to relax in.

The property was not maintained they didn’t have Wi-Fi and there was nobody there to ask questions and when I called the number listed they hung up on me.

Horrible place

Horrible, horrible place to stay! Filthy, filthy drapes. Electrical outlets don't work properly, had to choose between lights or charging devices! Fireplace doesn't work. Deadbolt broken, which is a safer issue for us. Sliding door almost impossible to open. Sad part is, this property is in a great location and could be sweet little units, but it is clear that this property is mismanaged by slumlords who take zero pride in their establishment. Really disappointed in VRBO and will never, ever, rent from Vacasa again!

Great price great location

The ad stated a view of the ocean from my balcony. The trees blocked the view. When I asked to switch rooms that couldn't happen. Also I was told there would be wifi and when I asked they said there wasn't wifi available in my room. Other than that it was a cute studio great walk to the beach and I enjoyed myself.

Terrible bed

The room is underwhelming. For its reasonable price we had very low expectations. The renovation on the rooms does not feel complete,trim missing, crappy paint job around previous artwork. The bed is the absolute WORST part. It was the hardest most squeaky bed I have EVER slept on. It was so bad that we bought a new air mattress to sleep on the second day we were there because we could not stand another 4 nights on that terrible excuse of a mattress. All you had to do is shift slightly and it sounds like you're jumping all over it. To add to that, The walls are THIN. If you're on the bottom floor you'll hear EVERY SINGLE SOUND ABOVE YOU. Every step, every dog paw running back and forth at midnight, every scream and sigh. The water pressure and jankey shower curtain makes for a miserable shower. The best thing about this stay was the proximity to the beach and the view, for the price it was okay. Just fix the bed and the shower issues and it wouldn't be THAT bad of a stay. Just bring ear plugs for sleeping to drown out the sound of your neighbors up until 4am doing God knows what.
