The whole hotel smelled like there were people smoking marijuana. The bed was extremely hard, even though there were matress toppers. The bathroom had a very strong marijuana odor in it. The dwarers had not been cleaned in so long. The lamp shades were all cracked. After traveling all day, we were looking forward to having a nice place to relax for the night, but this hotel was not nice at all.

property was in mid repairs but we were not told this at booking , pool was closed for repair room was dirty with sticky floors trim falling off, some guests were loud and obnoxious and staff was slow to deal with it. A/C in room was not working properly but staff wouldnt move us to a different room. breakfast was waffles a nd twinkies overall experience was terrible and will cause me to avoid wyndom hotels in the future

The deadbolt did not engage. The hardware lock was missing from the door at the top so was not able to lock. Associate had to be called every time. Attendant was never at desk.

The first room we went to smelled like cigarette. We moved to another room and the bathtub is clogged. The faucet was lose so the water that comes out of the shower is only half. No coffee maker in the room. The coffee in the breakfast room was so light.

Overall it was just a basic hotel that got us through the night. Wasn’t very many options for breakfast. Ended up going down the street to IHOP. All the restaurants and places to eat were pretty convenient that were close to the hotel. Staff is friendly whenever you’re not waiting for them. Took about 10-15 minutes for someone to even get us checked in.
