le comptoir/lavabo de la salle de bain était très sal, odeur bizarre dans la chambre, stationnement non déneigé. Il y avait 1 pied de neige dans mon espace de stationnement.

bath was was full of hairs, heater noise was crazy loud starting every 5 minutes

6 minutes from Lincoln downtown for Grocery and restaurants, and a few minutes from Franconia Notch Parkway. That's the positive point. But the cabins are quite old and needs a freshening. The heating system stopped working in the middle of the night, but that's maybe just a bad luck. Wifi access worked fine and quietness was acceptable.
