We used The Waun Wyllt for an overnight stay when visiting family nearby for a birthday celebration. We were very pleased with the room initially which was Room 5 within the pub itself. However on closer inspection we were left disheartened by the quality of the mattress on the bed which was extremely poor and very uncomfortable. We awoke after a very restless nights sleep still tired which was a shame as everything else about the pub and the room was exceptional. Our breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive and polite throughout. We recommended to the manager that the mattress should be replaced asap, we would love to return again, and hopefully have a more comfortable nights sleep.

Room clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly in nice quiet little pub, great choice of food on menu and meals always cooked to perfection. Great breakfast too. What’s not to like about this place ?? Already looking forward to my next business trip to Llanelli so can stay again
