Good hotel, clean and beautiful, but coordination among staff can be improved. Our stay was nice. The staff were very courteous and there were good dining options. Our recommendation would be to improve the check-in process as the reception / room service were having to play catch up on deciding our rooms, providing basic amenities (they were confused whether we had been provided those at all), bouncing us between room service and reception to address issues, arranging cab at the requested time etc. Nonetheless, besides those initial glitches, the stay was memorable. We'd recommend staying at the hotel.
