Aucune insonorisation, literie très inconfortable. Pas de balais, passoire, épluche légumes. Si vous êtes de passage 1 nuit ça va . Nous n’avons pas pu dormir avant minuit et le réveil a 6 heures. On entend tous les bruits de pas, de chasse d’eau, de douche, les portes claques,les conversations des voisins du dessus, dessous et à côté l’ascenseur sonne et l’alarme incendie qui se déclenche inopinément. 3 fois pendant le séjour dont une fois où nous avons du attendre dehors car il n’arrivait pas à l’éteindre. Si vous êtes habitué à tous ces bruits, pas de soucis, si vous avez l’habitude du calme n’y allez pas. Le canapé-lit n’est pas un vrai lit, il fait du bruit et le matelas est complètement déformé. Si vous êtes une personne à mobilité réduite, sachez que l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas tout le temps.

Bayswater is just a short walk away where there is many dining options and two underground spots. Paddington Station is always not far. Kensington Gardens is within walking distance and was great to walk around and let the kids play in the amazing play ground.

It's a nice place. Sofa bed and bed was comfortable. Got everything you need. The only thing we missed was a full body mirror to look after getting dressed . Had a usb charger which was convenient since we did not have an adopter for the outlet

This is in a “posh” neighborhood in London. Highly recommend. 10 minute walk to Paddington and Hyde park. Very nice property and the staff were lovely to deal with.

Check in was exceptionally difficult as our plane arrived late at night and reception was not open. The instructions to enter the apartment were not clear and so we had to get assistance from the night porter. He could not find our booking, so we were treated like dodgy vagrants rather than as international guests who had booked and FULLY paid for accommodation months before. The room was small and airless and our experience was not great. Better communication would have made our experience happier and better. The area around it was nice and the underground and shops convenient, but we couldn't wait to leave.
