Un bâtiment élégant dans un beau quartier très central, près des cafés chics et des restaurants agréables.
Les chambres sont assez petites, mais plutôt confortables, et décorés avec un certain goût.
Les personnes à la réception sont agréables.
Dommage qu’à mon etage les personnes qui faisaient le manage parlait très fort et même semblaient se disputer (durant l’après midi), si bien qu’il fallait que je sorte à deux reprises de ma chambre pour leur demander de faire moins de bruit afin que je puisse me reposer.

This is a fraudulent property with rude staff.
The hotel was unable to honour the reservation we made with them as they did not have the type of room we booked for our 7 night stay. The staff was arrogant and rude and did not do anything to help resolve this.
We had booked a superior double room that should have had a bathtub according to their listing and we were surprised that the hotel did not have such rooms, they gave us a room with 2 old single beds that were pushed together and were told to "deal with it".
The bathroom was disgusting and the toilet would not flush properly, there was a tiny square stand shower with horrible water pressure that people of a bigger build would not fit into. The towels provided were nasty with a yellow and overused tone.
Both Expedia and the hotel refused to refund us when we did not want to stay in the disgusting room we were given. Staying at this hotel definitely put a dark cloud on our time in London and we wish that we had made a better choice by not staying here.
Please avoid this property at all costs if you value your money and want a nice vacation.
Disappointed with Expedia and the way they allow such fraud to occur through their platform.

Emplacement idéal - Hotel vieillot.

Personnel aux petits soins.
Hôtel vieillot et chambres vraiment trop petites. Salle de bain minuscule. Pas de pommeau de douche! et le lit ne fait meme pas 140 de large. A Deux dans une chamnre c'est vraiment petit.
Literie confortable !
