This apartment was clean and an easy 3-minute walk from the tube, shopping, and restaurants. A couple of the dining room chairs were broken and the repairmen arrived 1 hour later. He was very kind and gave us information about the local area. A very good experience.

Nice size apartment in a good location

Nice size apartment in a good location and in pretty good condition overall, though the carpet could probably do with a shampoo clean as there are a few marks. Otherwise, all fine and I will return here.

Great, flat-style studio in nice neighborhood

Very nice studio that was great for a weekend and would also work well for a longer stay as it has a full kitchen and living area. Newly renovated, clean, vaulted ceiling, large window overlooking neighboring rear gardens, easy access, and in a really nice, convenient neighborhood (Co-op, Sainsburys, cafes, restaurants, bars, tube stations, etc). Next time booking in London I will absolutely check availability here first.

No terms of ventilation or actual windows which open, I asked in regards to windows and vents and the customer services stated there was no air conditioning advertised, but if there was windows air would’ve been able to circulate. I then complained at 3:00am as I couldn’t sleep and was then given a fan on the next day at 4:30pm and was told they can provide air conditioning at an extra cost. Put it this way, if booking in summer DONT! If I wanted to go to a sauna I would’ve went to a spa. Neighbors doors was slamming all night and no one had consideration after 8:00pm. Not worth the value for money, stayed two nights and would honestly not go back.

We provide items such as fans and they are usually stored in the wardrobe or utility cupboard of your apartment. In terms of our services with such items they can be expected to be provided within 24-48 hours, sometimes even sooner. We do also offer properties which provide air conditioning, you can find this in the amenities section when booking. Once again we apologise that on this occasion your experience didn't meet your expectations. We hope that in the future you would stay with us again, if so we will ensure you have a much more pleasurable experience.

Superb flat. Very spacious and modern. Great location 5 mins walk from Queens Park tube station. Easy access.

Great apartment in London

The location was great, close to tube, restaurants, and food markets. Checkin was fast and easy. I contacted the management staff for restaurant recommendations and they were happy to reply! Kitchen was very nice and had basic supplies for tea and eating food brought in from the outside. My only suggestions for improvement would be to include hand soap in the bathroom (in addition to the shampoo and conditioner provided) and to include dish towels or paper towels in the kitchen.
