Hôtel splendide ! Très belle Chambre spacieuse.
Piscine et espaces restaurant, bar, roof top et service voiturier magnifiques. Le personnel est très disponible.
Nous avons passé un séjour au top.

Rien de special, pas adapté pour les Famille pas de petit déjeuné, piscine trop petite, néanmoins hôtel très propre et personnel à l ecoute

It was my second time staying at the 1 in West Hollywood and this time round was unfortunately filled with disappointment, all to do with the lack of customer service. I absolutely loved it the first time but I was continually let down by the staff - mainly those on the front desk. After rooms not being ready for hours past the check in time I got in the room it was directly facing construction and the busiest part of sunset so my soundtrack was cars honking and construction work. I ended up calling asking to change rooms around 8am the next day because I was just exhausted and didn’t want to spend the next 8 days not being able to rest. I was told I could move and if I was out to pack up my bags so they could move everything over once the room was ready and that they’d call so I can change over my keys. It got to 6pm and I had to get ready yet I still hadn’t been contacted, I went down to reception to which they said the room had been ready for hours and it seemed like the staff didn’t want to take accountability for anything and just blame whoever else was on shift when things were said. On my last day at the hotel I went for coffee with a friend around 9:30am and at around 10:30 I get a call from the hotel asking if I had left and I said no to which they said oh sorry we will check you back in. When I went to grab my bags the keys didn’t work and I ended up almost missing my flight because there were 8-10 people waiting at reception so it took 30/40 mins to resolve the key
