Quiet neighborhood

Dirty apartment
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was unclean. Extremely dusty, dead bugs in cabinets, other people's clothes in the closet, dirty shower. We had to leave the apartment within the first hour due to a severe dust allergy. Owner only refunded 40% of the trip despite our not staying there any day/night and his own acknowledgment that the apartment was dirty. A Vrbo representative also confirmed the condition of the apartment was unacceptable.
Be aware that although 3 parking spaces are mentioned in the listing, the spot we were given was on the grass next to a main street.

The review might be a bit exaggerated. While my housekeeper may have missed a couple spots, I can assure you there were no bugs, zero. Our location includes one parking spot, situated alongside the property—it’s been this way for seven years and applies to everyone. We do our best to accommodate all our guests, though we understand we can’t make everyone happy. I appreciate all our visitors, even the short stays. Take care.

Great Location and Wonderful Host

The unit has all that you need for a comfy stay. The property is perfectly set up for ease of access and the outdoor space is nicely landscaped with mature plantings that create a private serene experience.
