Great location
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy daughter and I were in town for basketball tournament at the Kentucky Expo Center. This property was a 15 mins drive which was very convenient. It was walking distance to several restaurants and shops in Jeffersonville. Nice, clean property and Jonathan was easy to communicate with on check in and check out. Would recommend if you are in the area.

Great place but needs a deep clean

Great location with everything we needed.
Publié le 3 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice place nearby the nightlife of Jeffersonville. Walking distance to many places to eat and drink. House was old, but inviting. Covered front porch was a nice place to unwind or to read the morning news. Communication was excellent and check in was simple. Floors could use a good cleaning. Main bedroom was small but the bed was super comfortable. Slept well each night. If you are looking for posh and perfect, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a nice comfortable place near the fun and minutes from Louisville, this place works.

Great location
Publié le 1 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayLocation was great. Literally blocks from restaurants and Big Four bridge and part. I felt very safe walking and running to and across the bridge. There are a lot of really good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.
Beds were comfortable, plenty of bath towels, but only 1 hand towel and no wash clothes, 1 dish towel as well. Plenty of plates, cups, etc. Coffee pot and toaster. Dishwasher worked great and there were pods to use in it. It isn't attached well, so when you open it and pull out a rack it tips forward, just something to watch for.
Washer/dryer wasn't working, it wasn't a big deal for us,so we didn’t expect it to be looked at during our stay but reported it. Overall the house is as described. Can tell the house has had updates. Doors have locks with a code, which is nice.
