Door was very hard to unlock, a neighbor had to help me both times I unlocked the door

After traveling all day made a reservation to stay here. Pictures on the website look great. Checked in and the door key didn’t work. Manager couldn’t get it open either so gave us a new room. After which manager was able to get the door open. We turned on the A/C in our new room and left for dinner. When we got back from dinner the A/C wasn’t working and we were told it would be 40 minutes before maintenance would come to look at it. Went back to the room and found bugs in the bathroom. So we decided to leave. We didn’t get a refund from Expedia because we didn’t purchase the insurance. Doesn’t matter the facility was sub par and not as advertised! Would not recommend this place. Stay away!

Good Motel With Safe Parking.
