The hotel advertised an airport shuttle that they have not been running for more than a year. The first floor smells like bleach from the pool. The front desk and breakfast staff was not very welcoming or friendly. The rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff was kind. On future trips to Madison we would choose something different. There are no restaurants or stores in walking distance.
