Ok but not 5 star and very limited food options
Publié le 18 sept. 2022 sur HotelsVery friendly staff who were extremely kind. The food menus was very limited and on a few occasions there was nothing that I liked. Don’t get duped into their half board rate - there are local restaurants despite them saying that there aren’t (there are two in the village within a three minute walk!). I was very upset that I was convinced to pay 55 euro each for HB upon arrival (after being told there were no restaurants nearby) but when I asked to cancel the HB fee the following day I was told that it wasn’t possible - I definitely felt ripped off! The hotel is in a beautiful area and I will certainly return but I will be going elsewhere as I don’t feel this hotel met my 5 star expectations. Overall I was disappointed.

Dear CharlotteThank you very much for your review, however I must say that we are very surprised by your feedback, since even myself at check-out asked you how your stay was and the answer was excellent. It seems that it wasn't the case and I will investigate the confusion with your half board and the information given, to make sure that this never happened again. Indeed our menu is short: 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts, plus the 3 different daily suggestions that our chef offers every day, depending on what's available on the market. We also offer a snack menu available through the day and a very complete à la carte breakfast. We do so, to be honest with our guests and offer them the freshest local produce available, however if you found nothing to your taste we would be always available to give you an alternative. I'm sorry that despite having a veru attentive staff, nice location, you don't want to come back because or menu is short, but honestly this is something that we will not change, with only 10 rooms and being responsible with the environment and our filosophy we will stick to it. Again, we apologise for not being able to meet your expectations in this regard and hope that your overall experience in the island was good.

Lage und Gastgeber hervorragend, Preis-Leistung bzgl. Hotelstandard passte nicht ganz. Preise für deutsche Verhältnisse etwas hoch, Schweizer Preise

Flot og autentisk Finka i meget rolige omgivelser.
Publié le 21 juill. 2019 sur HotelsRigtig hyggelig sted på vej op i bjergene. I April kom nyt værtspar til og de er super søde, venlige og serviceminded.
Man kan 4-5 aftner spise på stedet og det var en kanon god oplevelse. Husk at få et værelse med egen terresse.
Der er mini køleskab på værelserne. Pool området er flot og hyggelig

Die Finca Can Beneit ist einzigartig mit einem Traumblick auf
Campanet und Sa Pobla, auf der anderen Seite in das
Tramuntana-Gebirge.

Wunderschön gelegene Anlage. Mit Mietwagen ist man sofort im Tramuntanagebirge. Was will man in den Bettenburgen, hier kann man Mallorca richtig kennenlernen
