Absolutely lovely
Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis beautifully restored bit of history made for a wonderful family vacation to attend the baptism of our grandson. 5 family members stayed here with plenty of room to spread out. The hosts have thought of everything. I loved having the gas stove to cook on and there were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. I believe I had the best night's sleep that I've ever had at a VRBO. The beds & bedding are amazing. There was an ample supply of towels. It was the perfect location being close to nearby shopping and great restaurants. We are familiar with the area because of frequent visits to Ft. Riley and I believe this is the perfect home for anyone that needs to visit either Ft. Riley or K State. We felt absolutely safe in the neighborhood and were able to walk over to the stores when needed. I would not hesitate to return here or not hesitate to make a recommendation to stay here, you would not be disappointed. Thank you, Summer, for providing such great accommodations!

Charming & Comfortable
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayShort stay but really enjoyed this house. Good location (close to college campus and "downtown"). roomy (but not too big), comfortable and well appointed (kitchen stuff, towels, etc.). Will look to book again next time back in town.

Fabulous Historic Property!

It was extremely clean, well furnished and every attention to detail was well thought out and planned. We plan to come back several more times and there are zero worries on renting this property. Kudos to the owners!

Girls weekend getaway for a wedding

The kitchen is equipped with anything you would possibly need. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely rent this house again in the future.

Old and new intertwined!

Bed, pillows, and bedding were incredibly comfortable! We loved all the original lighting, fixtures, and flooring. The porches are great, but too chilly during our stay to enjoy.
Would definitely recommend!
