Personnel très sympathique, comme le sont les Philippins. Grandes salles majestueuses et impressionnantes. Par contre, les chambres sont correctes sans plus, avec equipment vieillot. Piscine et salle de sport très agréables.

Most everything was good especially pool. My big issue was they did not let my wife in the restaurant because of her shoes, our meal was prepaid, I had not seen my wife in 2 weeks. Very bad look for such an expensive hotel. Also staff called my room when do not disturb sign was on an we were asleep. One more thing about blankets are very very thin, they stuff them inside heavy sheets to make them look larger.

However, I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced, and I truly appreciate your candidness in bringing these matters to our attention.I deeply regret the situation regarding the restaurant and your wife’s shoes. I understand how disappointing it must have been, especially given the significance of the occasion. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. While we do have dress code policies in place for slippers, we appreciate your understanding. We will also review on how we can improve on handling similar situations with more sensitivity and care, to ensure that our guests are treated with the utmost respect, and that we provide better communication and flexibility in situations like this.I also apologize for the disturbance caused by the call to your room while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed. This should not have happened, and I will work with our team to reinforce the importance of respecting guest privacy, especially during times of rest.Lastly, I appreciate your feedback regarding the blankets.
