My stay at The Elegance Hotel in Marmaris was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made my experience truly memorable. The hotel's location right on the seafront was breath taking, and the jetty with its comfortable loungers and umbrellas provided the perfect spot for relaxation. I especially appreciated the option for a late checkout, which allowed me to make the most of my time there. Originally planning to stay for just one week, I was so happy with the hotel that I extended my stay to two weeks. The food served was delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. In terms of suggestions for improvement, given the hotel's five-star rating, I believe linen tablecloths and napkins would add an extra touch of elegance to the dining experience. Additionally, while the room was comfortable, it appeared a bit worn and could benefit from some updates. On the topic of sustainability, I urge the hotel to consider replacing the 33 cl bottled water with water fountains. The excessive use of plastic bottles is concerning from an environmental standpoint and takes from the otherwise positive aspects of the hotel. Overall, my experience at The Elegance Hotel was exceptional, and I would gladly return in the future. Kudos to the entire team for their efforts in creating such a wonderful environment for guests.

What a let down. 30 minutes after checking in our kids room was full of cigarette smoke/smell. In fact other rooms too despite asking for non-smoking rooms. The kids moved rooms, fortunately the staff were receptive to this request. The hotel is dated...1980's and elegant it was not. To cap it off, were were scammed with a massively expensive laundry bill. 1 bag of laundry...80 Euros!! Many things not right with this place but the staff at breakfast were well trained and receptive.
