Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe hosts were very friendly and helpful. Very nice people. There was fruit and wine on arrival. The property had a lot of outside space. Unfortunately we were unaware that there was only air-con in one bedroom. It was 34 degrees. Our children were very hot. There was no oven or dishwasher. Only hobs. There wasnt much room for clothes as most wardrobes were locked and filled with the owners clothes. The wifi wasnt working for 10 of 14 days and mobile reception was bad so we were cut off. The water supply was cut off twice for about two hours. There was no printed information about how things work. What there is to do in the area. We weren’t aware the owners lived in the bottom floor and their floor was open at the sides so when they were home we heard them cooking and chatting. So it wasnt a private letting. Personally i liked living like an italian in rural italy but my family weren’t very happy. I think with a few adjustments this could be a great rental property. And i cant stress how friendly tbe owners were and how helpful tbey were when I had questions or wanted details on places to go. Just wasnt very professionally run as a holiday rental.

However, we regret to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. As mentioned in the property description, the accommodation does not have a dishwasher or air conditioning. We are sorry that the fans provided were not sufficient to cool the space during the high temperatures. Additionally, we apologize for the technical issues with the Wi-Fi, which could not be resolved immediately due to difficulties with the service provider. We regret that the apartment did not meet all of your expectations.
