Good customer service, easy check-in, room was clean other than the soiled towels hanging behind bathroom door, very poor Internet signal

Stay Away!
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOne of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! NONE of the security doors locked. My Non-smoking room was obviously a smoking room in the past. It overwhelmingly stunk of smoke and I could see streaks of yellow and off-white on the walls where they had attempted to clean im the past. The only good thing I can say is the beds and the pillows were very comfortable.

Great stay, even with fire alarms going off in our building in the early morning hours.

Our room was clean but there was a greasy food smell we noticed. Also no coffee maker in the room. The bed had an odor but was comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The AC worked great. The lady checking us in was very nice.
