Baseball Tournament

Tired waterfront house

I could not give the house a higher rating due to the fact that for the price I paid which was much more than I’ve ever spent on a rental place, I expected everything to be in pristine shape. It was not, in fact we discovered problems in every room. Everything from a rusty washer/dryer outside to air vents that were black from dirt. Also, the kitchen was not adequately filled with essentials such as a portable mixer that I had to go buy. If the owner continues to fix and update this house, it could be a gem to stay in. Right now it is not.

Thank you for this feedback, it's always helpful. We are reviewing each item and will continue our effort to address them and make improvements. With such a large property updates are ongoing, improving guests experience is our top goal. Since washer/dryer located outside under covered decks they are exposed to air from salty water, it's impossible to keep rust off even after only one year, they are perfectly functional and we will continue to keep them clean and functional. Hope to see you again so you can see all the improvements.

Perfect Place for a Group
Publié le 23 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayEverything in the listing is spot on. Massive main floor is the place to be…we rented the entire place and had plenty of room…didn’t need to use the pull out couches or futons but could have easily slept more folks if it was needed.
Communication was key and the owners were available and proactive in every way…location was ideal and we made the most of our stay!
Thank you for all the hospitality and allowing us to stay here…perfect in so many ways!
