Upon arrival, the pool was off. We have to be change of bedroom two time. First because cause it’s smell smokeOn the month is a first time to the influence of water. Second because we have water a lot of water on the floor. Nobody has come to see what’s going on. We had to wipe the water with our towels. They no longer had clean towels to replace. The smell of marijuana was lingering in the hallways. The breakfast was almost absent. No more coffee, no more muffins. Only hot water and tender bars. Nobody wants to refund us.

The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The bed was comfortable, but the bright outside lights could not be blocked out with the window shades, which made it difficult to sleep.

Outside there was minimal lighting and people standing all around and trash around the curbs and flower beds. When we got inside the front desk manager informed us our reservation was canceled due to being 1am. She was very rude but after she let us know she had worked a double going on a 3rd shift because people called out of work it was more understandable. We were traveling a far distance and booked it last minute due to exhaustion and needing to stop so after going back and forth and almost begging she finally "reopened our reservation." When we finally got to our room there were dead bugs along the walls and when we opened the pull out couch there was a red stain and no blankets or anything to cover the bed. The bathroom had 2 towels and only one roll of toliet paper although there room was advertised to accommodate 8 people. I wouldnt recommended this place but I blame myself for not researching or finding something ahead of time.

This place does not deserve even one star. Dirty, you can see the hallway through the gaps between the door and its frame - had to use towels to block the light coming through at night. I don’t even want to start describing the furniture. Awful.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very clean & the room was really clean & cozy. The staff was really friendly and happy to assist if I needed anything for my room. I stayed there 3 years ago and will visit again
