Horrendously bad and unsafe neighborhood. Rude help, horrible so called breakfast.

Good, but wanting just a bit more.

Hotel was a bit runs down. The breakfast was spartan. Everything could have benefitted from a little more upkeep. Good location next to freeway. Convenient access to Memphis and nearby attractions. Casino was across the freeway.

This property is poorly rated because of old building and needs updating, cleaned and staff was doing nails at counter when I arrived. Would not put us in a room facing our parked vehicle because of third party booking. Felt unsafe in location. The front desk in morning was on his phone watching videos with volume loud. Told him someone peed all over the toilet in lobby, he did not get up and clean it as long as I was there. Old bug nest along baseboards. Never ever will stay in that location again. They need to shape up and get professional help. I did not sleep that night.

Staff was friendly and upbeat. Continental breakfast was very nice with alot of options.
