Stayed for medical

Room was exactly as pictured. Nice view, spacious. Very clean with modern decoration. Very practical to have coffe maker and microwave in the room. I loved that there was a diffuser to use with the hair dryer :-)

Lovely time

The place is cozy, clean, quiet and with a beautiful view.
Parking was simple and easy.
Communication with Silvia was easy, great host. Site manager and services were prompt.
This will be my primary spot when available.

Nice location and view
Publié le 13 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayRoom was as advertised, good location to restaurant’s, shopping, and the water and nice view with pool and ocean in the distance.
Only issue was the hotel employee checking us in was rude for no reason but May just have been having a bad day. The other employees we encountered including checkout were friendly.
The property manager was very responsive and friendly.
I’d recommend to anyone staying in Miami and great value compared to hotels during the holiday period.

Perfect Grove getaway

Poor communication after we checked in
Publié le 24 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe manager was helpful when we checked in but it was like as soon as that was over, when we needed things, she would ignore us. I told her I was there for surgery and she left us no extra bedding or towels for a week stay with two people. When we asked her, she ignored us then the front desk had to contact her and THEN sje replied back and told us she was going to charge us for it! Insane to pay a thousand dollars for a week and they want to charge even more for sheets to change. After I made that fact clear to her, she then came by with one more towel and a sheet for the bed. So that was nice she at least partially fixed the issue.
The rug in that room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for years, but other than that it was pretty clean.

As you may know, this is a private unit, therefore additional cleaning does mean additional fees (not a hotel). As for the towels, we also provide sufficient for two people, if you want to reuse them we encourage you to wash them at the laundry facility or we also provide extra for a small charge. In any case, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and hope you will give us another chance in the near future. Thanks again, Coral.
