The carpets were dirty and there a bad smell in the room… probably humidity…

Hi priced for not having a jacuzzi in the pool area. Great hotel to stay at if money isn’t an issue.

We checked into our room and as preparing for an evening out, we found out that the room air conditioner drain had broken and we had a flooded corner of our room/carpet. We accepted the fact, spent the night in that room, but requested and we able to get a different room for the next night. That was appreciated since a busy weekend. We requested a credit or a free night of lodging and we were given nothing for our inconvenience. It was considered by the front desk but nothing was done about it. Then the second room's air conditioner unit had a fan that sounded like a small jet engine. We turned off the unit so we could sleep. Otherwise, the majority of the staff was great and friendly. Obviously we will use a different hotel next time
