Two bedroom, two bath, two story home in the woods. Enjoy the peaceful secluded, wooded lot with two outdoor firepits and large balcony. Inside you will find everything you need to relax, unwind and unplug from the busyness of every day life. The main living space is found on the second floor and boasts beautiful vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware and a Keurig and coffee pot and pizza oven. There is a full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher and kitchen table as well as additional seating at the counter.
The kitchen opens up to a living space with a wall of windows that give you a beautiful view of the Northwoods. Head out to the deck to relax or kick back inside and play some board games with family and friends. There is an antenna for the TV (just PBS) but you are welcome to bring your own streaming device (such as a fire stick or roku) as the TV has HDMI ports available.
The main bedroom boast beautiful views, a queen size bed, closet, dresser and small sitting area with a recliner. The second bedroom has a sturdy twin over full bunk bed.
There is also a washer and dryer available for your use.
There is a large driveway with plenty of parking and room for boat or snowmobile trailers.
Located about 10 miles/15 minutes from downtown Minocqua where you will find everything from shopping and restaurants to lake access for boating and swimming. Just down the road from the house is a trail access point for atv trails and for winter enjoyment there is a trail close enough that you are able to ride your snowmobile directly to the trail from the house.
